DATV-Express failure with 20200712 software

My DATV-Express board will not produce any RF output when connected to the Portsdown with 20200712 software loaded.

The board is detected on boot up and goes through the loading firmware process. Initially the the Express board LEDs don't look normal when the Tx button is pressed. After a while the usual three steady / one flickering arrangement kicks in but there is still no output.

The board has been checked using the Windows software on the shack PC and all is normal.

Has anyone else seen this behaviour or successfully used a DATV-Express board with the 20200712 software?
