So the problem with the Narrowband website, is occurring almost every day now.
You cant expect us to keep deleting all of our cookies for every site we goto or have tabs open to.
I have deleted all batc and eshail cookies, but that doesnt fix the issue.
I suspect the code needs tweaking to only look for eshail or batc cookies, and to ignore other cookies.
Im not an html or javascript expert, so cannot offer a solution. But telling us to delete all our cookies which doesnt fix the issue, is frustrating and does not appear to be the solution.

Hope it can be perminently fixed, rather than a reset for it to keep recurring. days later. :(

I seem to have found a solution to the issue, and that is to open the page in a private window. I'm using firefox. would be interesting if other browsers offer
this solution by the same means

Hi Mark,

Thanks for reporting the issue, good to hear that you've found a workaround.

Unfortunately the WebSDR software has a long-standing bug that is triggered by a large number of cookies from other services on the same domain and that's what you're running into. We do have a mitigation in place since we first discovered the issue, but your experience tells us that's no longer sufficient.

I'll have a think about whether there's further mitigations we can implement, and will update here on any progress.

Cheers,
Phil M0DNY

Hi Phil,
yes its a strange issue that I have never seen on any other site, and I must admit to getting frustrated at deleting cookies for other tabs that I had open.
Causing me to have to log in again to Gmail Ebay etc etc.
It might be worth adding a note for users to try opening the sdr in a Private Window
As that appears to work perfectly, anyway thanks Phil hope you can find a perminent cure.
Cheers Mark G0NMY :)
