Brazil now on the Satellite

Good morning all I had the pleasure of working Piraja PS8RF via QO100 this morning. He was using a 1.8m dish with around 30W, with the sat being just 11' above the horizon he was a great signal into the sat. He also managed to work Dionisious SV8RV before needing to head off to bed hi. Could this be the best Dx for the sat todate ?
