Octagon OQSLG mod - unclear if components moved

I am about to modify my new OQSLG quad LNB. Most of G8GKQs pictures are clear but am not sure about the two chip above the F-type connector. It looks as if they may have been removed. The disc ceramic cap hides whether any of those have been removed.
Also any idea what sealent to use when I reseal the LNB if I don't write it off
My old hands are somewhat shaky these days - No not DTs.!
