Beacon Breaking UP

Most of today I have been receiving the WB beacon with the usual MER of 7-8

But only the top of the picture is decoded ...the rest being pixelated ,,sound is broken too.

I assume that this is an up link issue? as others seem to be having similar issues

Hi Adrian

Yes, there was an uplink issue. Now fixed with a reboot of the exciter in Qatar.
