WB transponder engineering tests

From AMSAT-DL:

In order to check the AMSAT Antenna performance, Es'hailSat RF Engineering Team will use WB Transponder during the next days for an hour with a constant wave carrier (CW) to perform the steps below.

o Switch OFF DATV-Beacon!

o Raise CW Carrier

o Perform level and saturation check

o Switch OFF CW Carrier

o Bring back Modulated carrier


Please refrain from any transmission during the above tests on the WB transponder - Thank you!


Once the WB DATV-Beacon is back on, you are welcome to use the WB transponder.
