CQ-TV 246 is now available for BATC members to download

This issue is jam packed with articles and information on the new spectrum allocations for DATV in the UK and the exciting developments for Reduced Bandwidth DATV (RB-TV) technology.

It also includes news of the BATC awards for RB-TV achievements which will be presented during CAT15 at Finningley next September.

A jolly interesting read!

As there was a typo in the IARU report I have made life a bit easier by uploading the full ATV working group annex onto the Spectrum Forum site at

The VHF Handbook will get updated shortly with the recommendations
