CQ-TV 274 has details of a major release for the Portsdown test equipment! The release of the Portsdwon Noise Figure Meter means it is no longer necessary to buy an expensive professional noise meter to ensure your receive system is optimised. There are also details of low-cost noise heads and a BATC designed switched PSU to drive both home-built and commercial noise heads.
Chris PA0CRX describes how to build a duplex filter for 13 and 23cms, there is an article on how to ensure your DATV operation is EMF compliant and there are details of the BATC Chritsmas and repeater contest which we hope you will all take part in and make sure we have a new winner this year!
